Gave into the urge..

The last several days are nothing but a blur. I gave into my crazy and obsessive thought and used last Thursday. What was a slip has turned into a full blown relapse/binge.

I see all the negative that comes along with using. I know the consequences, but it's so dang hard when I feel so good. That will come to an end though and I'll have to face reality.

I'm scared...
